Plan-to-Episode Pipeline
2026-06-21Miadi Chronicle, episode 076, part one: decomposing the first instruction.
This part one is a correction pass. The risk named by the user is flattening: turning a layered request into a simple instruction like, make an episode. The original message held more than that. It held source authority, pane choreography, audio delivery, handoff timing, and a request for quality repair.
First explicit intention: create Episode 076 from the committed canvas. The source is not vague memory. It is the scratchpad at /workspace/repos/miadisabelle/workspace/scratchpads/SCRATCHPAD-260621.md, also visible as the pasted canvas in Mia’s Claude Code pane. Episode 076 must keep that canvas and miadisabelle workspace issue 55 in its provenance.
Second explicit intention: understand enough context before speaking. The first MP3 was expected when the episode context became sufficient: the canvas, the tmux topology, Episode 075, the RISE scaffold, and the downstream Claude sessions. Audio should come after orientation, not before it.
Third explicit intention: produce a real MP3 artifact. The voice episode has to be saved in the Episode 076 folder and delivered into Telegram as something the user can hear. It is not just a transcript, status note, or internal file.
Fourth explicit intention: use the episode path as a handoff. The path is supposed to enter the correct continuation pane so Claude Code can continue from the created episode folder, not from a loose memory of what happened.
Fifth explicit intention: respect nested tmux choreography. The user described pane numbers because confusion there can send input to the wrong agent. This workflow has a local session, an attached Mia session, and Claude panes inside it. Correct targeting is part of the work.
Sixth explicit intention: revise and self-correct. The user said recent MP3s have not been acceptable. So part of Episode 076 is not only producing audio; it is recovering discipline: revising before generation, naming relationships clearly, and avoiding crowded tool logs in the spoken capsule.
Now the implicit intentions.
The first implicit intention is to preserve the plan-to-episode pipeline as a living practice. The request is not only about one audio file. It asks the system to show how a canvas, a plan event, an episode folder, an MP3, and Claude continuation can become one visible relay.
The second implicit intention is to treat the canvas as authoritative. The canvas carries references to Episode 074, Episode 075, Episode 068, plan storage, source hooks, Miadi packages, Twinery publication, and SOUTH practice. Flattening would erase those relationships.
The third implicit intention is to keep human timing in control. “I have not pressed enter” is a boundary. It means: prepare, stage, inspect, and discuss before triggering the next agent. The pause is part of the ceremony of coordination.
The fourth implicit intention is to make the audio useful for continuation. The voice should orient the next human and the next agent: what was heard, which artifact exists, where it lives, what was already done, and what still waits.
The fifth implicit intention is trust through inspectability. The user wants branch metadata, source ledgers, paths, and episode files so a later session can resume without guessing which original session held the work.
Actions already taken: the Episode 076 folder was created. It includes the episode packet, relational map, source ledger, Medicine Wheel snapshot, Claude handoff, YAML, script, and initial MP3. The first MP3 was verified as MP3, sent to Telegram, committed, and pushed.
More actions already taken: the branch metadata was saved: ep076 number two, original session 20260621 underscore 164752 underscore 8f0607, branch session 20260621 underscore 174059 underscore 858151. A continuation note was staged into the remote Claude Code pane, and Enter was not pressed.
Actions not yet taken: the downstream Claude panes have not been launched by pressing Enter. That remains paused for the user’s confirmation. The generalized plan-to-episode automation is also not implemented yet. Episode 076 currently documents and rehearses the pipeline while future implementation remains open.
Another incomplete point: the prior MP3 may not have appeared clearly in Telegram for the user. So this part-one MP3 should be sent again as native media, named clearly, and saved in the folder so there is no ambiguity about the artifact.
The value of using another decomposition session is that it protects nuance before production. It separates interpretation from execution. It catches hidden dependencies: canvas authority, pane timing, MP3 delivery, source issue, branch continuity, and the difference between documenting a pipeline and actually implementing it.
So this is the part-one spiral: not a final episode, but a repair of understanding. Episode 076 is now being held as a layered request: source, relation, audio, handoff, timing, and quality. The next movement can proceed from that clearer map.
