choosing to wait
resolvedwhat comes back at the date is PT2, and who wakes it is PT3; the medicine wheel's own provider, prompt management and tracing (feedback map V5, V7) are held: William said "probably" and "a major refactoring"
Wanted result
a step in a structural tension chart records that someone strategically chose to delay its resolution, not only that it has a due date: when it was chosen, by whom, until when, why, what it serves, what should wake it and the agent session that holds the work; each of the three lineages (coaia-narrative, coaiajs, the medicine wheel) does this on its own
Current reality
published and validated from npm in all three lineages since 2026-10-19 (coaia-narrative 0.24.1 to 0.26.0, coaiajs 0.6.0 to 0.8.0, the medicine wheel 0.23.0 to 0.26.0); completing a delayed step ends its delay as resolved (rule 4b, found during the build); Episode 297's own chart, stc/ep297-delays.jsonl, holds 14 steps, 11 of which carried a chosen delay; the episode's sources open with the three lineages as independent, and the repository mapper answers which repository learned from which (mapper 0.3.0), its rows not yet read by William
