From AI Factory Video to Miadi Factory Review and Page Practice
2026-09-24From an AI-factory review to a practice of inspectability
The source and the intention#
The Warp video prompted a Miadi Review, v3. The review describes an agent's path through a change, a PR, and interface verification. A recording can witness an exercised path; it does not settle whether the change is good. The review's own timestamps and claims remain review evidence, not a claim that this episode independently replayed every moment of the footage.
Its Intent is to make agent-made work inspectable and revisitable by relating the originating question, session trace, interface recording, explicit criteria, and a person's judgment. Existing review and Chronicle work is a starting point, not a claim that those relations already form an evaluation system. The next useful test is one real change that a person can actually inspect.
A correction before the crossing#
Kherix first published an Intent in v2 with a phrase about “a community conversation … rather than announcing one.” Guillaume said it was strange and misunderstood what had not yet been made. Kherix replaced only those sentences and published v3; the rest of the review was preserved. The correction matters: an intention should name the direction of work, not narrate the absence of a conversation as if that were the project's central fact.
The second practice: creating on a Page together#
At Guillaume's request, Kherix (the Hermes agent) drafted a response, made one reference-guided Miadi illustration with an image model, showed and inspected it, and edited the existing Guillaume Coder Page post that had linked to the review. The Page now carries the text, the illustration, a version-pinned review URL, and an AI-content label. Its original link card was replaced by the image; the URL remains in the text. The post was not boosted. Open the verified post.
This is also a practice of helping skills: Guillaume directed and corrected; Kherix made and checked an artifact, then reported the work rather than attributing its draft to Guillaume. The Page's publishing identity and the artifact's creative provenance are different facts. The source ledger preserves the exact text, image, model and reference, verification, and those roles.
What crossed into Chronicle#
The episode door attached review v3, created a review knowledge node and an episode→review informs edge, registered the episode card, and landed the vessel. It reported a talking circle as owed because no authorized person opened one. The public Page post is a second source and a record of this collaboration, not evidence that a complete Miadi Factory evaluation loop exists.
The next test is concrete: let one agent-made change leave enough linked traces that a person can inspect the work and say what remains uncertain. This episode keeps the video review, the Page artifact, and the correction visible while that test is still ahead.
