The session inventory closes its first cycle

Both episodes make a session's work readable without its transcript. The inventory keeps one record per session and the ending William decides; Ava and Mia speak that work as it happens. A session's podcast is filed under the same session id as its inventory record, so the record is where a podcast joins an episode.
