one place where every mission on gaia stands with its team, its sessions and what came back; a suspended session's follow-up is a draft mission until its date, the same pinned prompt that Episode 297's delayed steps already name as rehydrate_with; a new lane starts on its team and its mission
Current reality
"mission" names three things in the code (a pinned prompt version in miadi-run, a free text in the session inventory, the first prompt in hooks-interpreter); 3 mission records, none since 2026-10-15; 53 live sessions without a team; 7 lanes ran on 2026-10-25 with seats and DONE lines and no mission record; SwarmClaw holds 8 missions behind a key Miadi lacks
