academic writing at the Author's Desk

active

Wanted result

Guillaume writes academic text at his desk as he writes fiction there: every claim names a source he can check, a scholarly work is cited by its own identifier (DOI, ISBN, URL), and the reader's view ends with the references; the academic piece and the fiction stay apart

Current reality

a card cites only what the chronicle opens (miadi-chronicle:, miadi-review:, miadi-ceremony:, rise:…); a DOI, an ISBN or a URL is refused; the foundations source ledger lists scholarly references with DOIs and ISBNs that its own header calls not live-verified; the reader's view has no reference list; the frame names a fiction genre and nothing names an academic register

a card cites a scholarly work by its DOI or ISBN; the desk checks it against doi.org or Open Library, and the reader's view ends with its references; the foundations ledgers become the desk's Sources (255, 125 citable)
