the inquiry to Nikola at Concordia

emergingnothing goes to Nikola or to a public page until William decides how to offer it. His inquiry's wording is diary draft D2, waiting for his yes.

Wanted result

William's inquiry to Nikola, ready to offer in a form he approves, with the storytelling, interactive, agentic, relational software factory as its subject and the Wampum narrative engine as the common ground

Current reality

Episode 57 holds the engine's foundations and is on the wheel since 2026-10-16; no app route uses the engine or its NCP bridge, so the crossing was never demonstrated (Episode 57, coherence-2026-10-16-factory.md); Nikola's words are not cleared with him (Episode 67, HELD.md §3)
