a set-aside session is brought back through a talking circle at its date: the follow-up prompt composed when the delay was chosen is taken up, revised and rehydrated, "potentially with the session", or the circle starts a new context with new sessions; when a new context does not resume well, a suspended session is rehydrated with other instructions and consulted as an elder
Current reality
"rehydrate" was chosen on 2026-10-19 for William's "resurrect"; a delay's session carries its trace and the pinned prompt that rehydrates it (@miadi/llmops 0.1.0, 2026-10-20); since 2026-10-25 a delay names its follow-up prompt in all three lineages, and S15, S47, S12 and S48 each carry one; no circle has opened at any date (PT3); consulting a suspended session as an elder, and a person or agent pinning a prompt to work on it before the next phase (V9), are proposed, not built

the sources now say rehydration is a decision taken in a circle at a date, not an instant restoration; the follow-up prompt, the circle, elders and steering are written as proposed, beside what exists

screenwalks the T1 video, which calls rehydration "a flawless version-controlled resurrection of your workspace" (13:52) and says "The work is perfectly preserved in amber" (23:59); he answers that it looks "a little too great": at the date a talking circle takes up a follow-up prompt, and suspended sessions can be consulted as elders

what it means to bring back a session that was set aside: William asks for a word, a video promises a flawless return, and he answers that a return is a circle where a prompt is talked over, and that old sessions can be consulted as elders (PT2)
