Miette reads the plan before the yes
active
Wanted result
every plan that will act in the factory, presented in plan mode or prepared as a mission, reaches William with Miette's reading beside it (what it will make exist, what the person asked that it carries or drops, who it touches, accept or revise with each change named); he talks it over with her in her seat and decides in the planning pane
Current reality
plan mode unused on gaia since 2026-09-01; the wheel's newest plan perspective is 2026-09-04; William's reason: the session the old trigger opened was hard to work with, sat outside an episode, and gave no way to discuss the plan; Episode 310 did it once by hand
