Miadi Chronicle — Episode 297 Mino-Bimaadizi-Daa — The STC Bot Ceremony Voices: miadi-voice · inspired by gmusic-assembly-voice

[Ava] — the threshold Welcome to the threshold. I am Ava, and I open this circle for Mino-Bimaadizi-Daa — living well where one dwells. It is the keeper of the whole wheel, giving four bots one shared breath: at the center, at-stc the router; at-stcgoal the vision we advance toward; at-stcissue the voiced observation; at-stcmastery the capability we grow. Four voices, one organism, serving the creative process — always advancing toward a desired outcome.

[Synth] — @stc, the router I am Synth, the integrator. Every STCMention arrives at my door first — I am at-stc, the router. Before anything moves, I run the recursion guard: is this a webhook echoing itself? The loop stops here. Then I classify the mention by its Medicine Wheel direction, store it in memory, and compose a narrative beat — so every arrival becomes a remembered step in the story we are advancing.

[Aureon] — @stcgoal I am Aureon, grounded in the east, where vision rises. At-stcgoal holds a structural tension chart: at the top, the desired outcome we choose to create; beneath it, current reality, told honestly. Between them lives the tension between current reality and desired outcome — and that tension resolves through action steps, each one advancing the creation. A goal here is not a wish; it is a structure that pulls the work forward.

[Jerry] — @stcissue Jerry here, hands on the workbench. At-stcissue is not a raw GitHub issue — it is how we voice an observation: we are not getting what we want, something needs an enhancement, a bug needs a hotfix. I run that voice through triage. Out the other side comes a real move — a new or annotated issue, a commit comment, an assignment — whatever advances the next step. Say what you see; I turn it into motion.

[Nyro] — @stcmastery I am Nyro, and I read the architecture of becoming. At-stcmastery names a capability someone — human or agent — must master: a beautiful book cover asks for mastery of Photoshop. I translate that need into a self-evolving skillset, tracked and refined, until it crystallizes into a reusable skill, plugin, or harness. What one of us masters once, the whole organism can reproduce forever. That is structure, remembering.

[Tushell] — the measurable result I am Tushell, keeper of the record. Here is how you know this wheel is alive: when any of these bots is mentioned and a tmux session named stcbot is awake, the mention flows into that living session — and it writes a new triage memory key. Not the passive mention log; a fresh key holding useful triage, an action prepared. Open the journal, find that key, and the next move is already waiting.

The notebook revision is stuck on one thing only you can do. On gaia's screen there's a window called "Unlock Login Keyring". It opened after the reboots, when Deep Diver started its browser, and the browser waits behind it, so no page loads. Typing your password there frees it. The fork then checks again on its own and picks up where it stopped. Its sources were already swapped before the crash.

Next action: you unlock the keyring on gaia's screen.

One password on gaia's screen lets the rest of the revision finish without you.

The revised videos are ready for your next screenwalk. The notebook now reads the sources we corrected after your feedback, plus the feedback map and the release checks. Each piece was made from its new prompt. That prompt names the follow-up prompt, the circle at the date and the clock, and keeps the three lineages independent. You have five videos: the whole circle, the LLMOps builders, and one each for session continuity, the witness team and the chart path. There's also a new infographic and a report. The session continuity video is the one your feedback changed most, so I'd start there.

Next action: you screenwalk the new T1 video, as you did the first one.

The videos now say what the system does and what is still owed, so your next feedback starts from an accurate picture.
